How to Delete Your Account

If you cannot access the app or need assistance, email us at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: Your registered phone number or email address

When you delete your Haule account, the following information will be permanently removed:

After account deletion:

Immediate deletion: Most of your personal data is retained for 30 days and permanently deleted after that
Phone number: Temporarily retained (up to 30 days) to prevent abuse and re-registration issues
Backup data: Some encrypted backup data may be retained for up to 30 days for technical recovery purposes, but will not be accessible or used
Legal records: Minimal data may be retained if required by law or for safety/security purposes
Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics (with no personal identifiers) may be retained for app improvement
