Haule is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This page outlines our published safety standards, policies, and procedures designed to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of CSAE content or behavior.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Haule is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our platform. We are dedicated to:
- Preventing any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) from being shared on our platform
- Detecting and removing any content that exploits or endangers minors
- Reporting all identified CSAE content and behavior to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to child exploitation
- Continuously improving our safety measures and technologies
Age Verification and Enforcement
We take the following measures to ensure our platform remains an adults-only space:
- Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register for a Haule account
- Age Verification: We require date of birth during registration and employ verification measures to confirm user age
- Account Removal: Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is immediately suspended and permanently deleted
- Parental Notification: If a parent or guardian informs us that their child has created an account, we will delete the account and all associated data immediately upon request
Content Moderation and Detection
Haule employs multiple layers of content moderation to detect and prevent CSAE:
- Automated Detection: We use automated tools and image-scanning technologies to detect known CSAM and flag potentially harmful content before it can be shared
- Human Review: Our trained trust and safety team reviews flagged content and reports to ensure accurate and swift action
- Profile Monitoring: We actively monitor profiles and user behavior for indicators of predatory conduct or grooming behaviors
- Message Filtering: We employ text analysis to detect potentially exploitative language and behavior patterns in communications
User Reporting
We empower our community to help maintain safety on Haule:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report any profile, message, or content that appears to involve CSAE directly within the app
- Dedicated Reporting Email: Users can also report concerns to safety@hauleapp.com
- Priority Response: All reports related to potential child exploitation are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately
- Reporter Protection: We protect the identity of users who make reports and do not disclose reporter information to the reported party
Response and Enforcement Actions
When CSAE content or behavior is identified or reported, Haule takes immediate and decisive action:
- Immediate Content Removal: Any CSAE content is removed from the platform immediately upon detection
- Account Suspension: Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned without warning
- Law Enforcement Reporting: All confirmed cases of CSAE are reported to NCMEC via CyberTipline and to relevant local and international law enforcement agencies
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve all relevant data and evidence as required by law to assist in investigations
- Ban Enforcement: We take measures to prevent banned users from creating new accounts
