By accessing or using the Haule mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Haule. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have not been previously banned from using Haule

3. Account Registration

To use Haule, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Collect information about other users without consent
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Create multiple accounts or fake profiles

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Haule. By posting content, you grant Haule a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Safety and Meetings

Haule facilitates connections between users, but we are not responsible for:

  • The conduct of users on or off the App
  • Any interactions or meetings between users
  • The accuracy of user profiles or information

You are responsible for your own safety. Always meet in public places and inform someone of your plans.

7. Verification

Haule may offer profile verification features. Verification does not guarantee the identity, safety, or trustworthiness of any user. You should exercise caution with all users, verified or not.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Harmful behavior toward other users
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAULE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
